SmartSpotter was founded out of frustration with the lack of transparency in agreements between retailers and suppliers. We offer technical solutions to measure compliance of these agreements and facilitate an open dialogue of their results. We have a respectable number of well known brands and retailers amongst our customers and continue to grow both within and outside of the Netherlands.
We started out crowdsourcing information from shop floors: thousands of Spotters make money collecting data for our clients using their smartphones. But our product portfolio is expanding. Using our expertise and experience, anything that we can develop that improves compliance of agreements within retail is considered worthy of investigating further.
