What will you do?
You are the strategic sparring partner for our key accounts within the Dutch FMCG. You don't sit at the table to report what is happening, but to show what can be done differently. You also ensure that you show current customers where we can further increase the added value.
With our measurement processes, you can uncover where brands and retailers miss opportunities on the store floor. You challenge, break through rusty assumptions and translate complex insights into concrete commercial and category advice that directly contributes to growth.
You will work in a compact, ambitious team and, together with the commercial director and the local operational team, form the heart of our commercial strategy. Full ownership is the norm: from relationship and turnover to content and quality. You switch directly with (international) SmartSpotter and Smollan colleagues to use best practices and continuously sharpen our proposition.

Direct key accounts and increase the added value of SmartSpotter.
Translate measurement processes into sharp commercial and category advice.
Switching with international colleagues to continuously sharpen our proposition.
Challenging customers at C-level to optimize execution on the shop floor.
This is you!
You are on the eve of your seniority and have earned your spurs within FMCG: as a talent at a supplier or retailer. You speak the language of the Category Manager and the Key Account Manager and know how to translate data into shelf yield and more effective promotions. Your network helps, but you convince above all by content, sharpness and pragmaticism.
You also check the following boxes:
âś… You have at least a few years of experience at headquarters at an FMCG supplier in the field of, for example, Key Account Management, Retail Media, Trade Marketing or Category management.
âś… You talk effortlessly at C-level and dare to take a different position when the data asks for it.
âś… You proactively deal with developments in the industry and transform them into opportunities. With a view to more customer growth, more customers or a wider range of services.
