We've all heard this advice from a doctor; walking for 30 minutes a day or more most days of the week is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. However, on average, we spend 35 hours per week at work. For most of us, that means being inside an office and sitting at a desk. So, with that in mind, likely, during the day, we do not have much physical movement. 

Luckily, at SmartSpotter, we offer the possibility of making money without having to spend time in an office, being able to complete a variety of jobs that can be completed at a local level. So what better way to incorporate more walking into your routine than by doing it and earning money simultaneously?

Complete local missions

The perk of being a Spotter is that there's always a mission to complete nearby. Whether at a supermarket, a bottle shop, a restaurant, or a local shop, we aim for a job available within 5 minutes of your postcode. This is a great alternative to fit more walking into your daily routine, as you could easily walk to these locations to complete the missions! A large part of our network of Spotters is already doing so.

Planning a logical route to complete several tasks in a single day is a great strategy. You can even complete over 15 jobs a day.

Take advantage of those apps that track health and fitness goals! Set a daily target and seize the distances between missions to accomplish it. Some Spotters have completed over 20n km a day; can you beat their record?
